Sanex has launched a new skincare range specifically designed for menopause, developed in partnership with GenM. The collection features the MTick certification, a symbol indicating the products meet specific criteria for menopausal needs.
The MTick serves as the world’s first menopause-friendly certification, awarded to items that satisfy a robust set of standards assessing suitability for one or more of the 48 recognized signs of menopause. This launch targets the estimated 15.5 million women in the UK currently experiencing perimenopause or menopause.
GenM’s latest Inclusivity Report identifies menopause as the primary health concern for women aged 49-59 globally. The new range aims to address physical symptoms such as dryness, itchiness, skin tightness, body odor, and night sweats.
Targeted Skincare Solutions
The Sanex Menopause range includes a body wash, an antiperspirant spray, and a roll-on. Each product is MTick-certified to help consumers identify trusted options. The line builds on the brand’s long-standing focus on skin health, with the aim of supporting women through common midlife skin changes.

The Sanex Expert Skin Health+ Menopause Body Wash uses a pH-balanced formula containing hyaluronic acid, lipids, and a patented amino acid complex. These ingredients are designed to preserve the skin’s barrier and support its natural defense. The wash claims to instantly soothe and reduce tightness while providing a 24-hour hydration feel.
Formulated with 90% natural origin ingredients and 0% sulfates, the body wash was tested by women experiencing menopause or perimenopause. A consumer study conducted in France in 2025 with 112 subjects found that daily use resulted in smoother and visibly hydrated skin after two weeks.
Extended Protection Options
Alongside the body wash, the company released the Sanex Derma Care+ Menopause 72h Antiperspirant in both spray and roll-on formats. These products provide advanced, long-lasting day and night protection against body odor changes and hot flushes.
Developed with dermatologists, the antiperspirants work by reducing the amount of sweat reaching the skin surface without stopping the natural bodily function of sweating entirely. The formulas are hypoallergenic and alcohol-free, specifically designed to protect sensitive skin from the discomfort or itching often accompanying dryness during menopause.

A UK consumer study in 2025 involving 165 women validated the efficacy against hot flushes after two weeks of daily use.
Heather Jackson, GenM co-founder & CEO, commented on the partnership: “I’m thrilled to see Sanex lead from the front, using its decades of skincare expertise to tackle the real, often overlooked impact menopause has on skin with a new range of MTick-certified products. This is game-changing for the menopause shopping experience, with the MTick acting as a trusted symbol that cuts through confusion and gives women total confidence they’re choosing products designed for their changing skin.”
To support the product launch, Sanex has introduced an online educational hub. This resource provides information on skin changes and guidance on skincare during perimenopause and menopause.
